Missing & Dissentient Shareholders

There are a small number of shareholders whom we have been unable to trace, and who may be owed historical dividend payments. If you own Senior plc shares and have stopped receiving dividend payments, possibly because you have changed address without notifying us, please contact Equiniti, the Company's Registrars.

We also have a very small number of untraceable dissentient shareholders who held shares in:

1. The Darnall group of companies, which Senior acquired in 1972; and
2. Green's Economiser Group plc, which Senior acquired in July 1983.

These shareholders did not exchange the Darnall and Green's shares for Senior plc shares at the time of these acquisitions. Please contact Equiniti, if you are one of these shareholders.
