Environmental Control (ECS)

Senior Aerospace has the design and manufacturing capability to deliver complete rigid and flexible duct systems for complex environmental control systems (ECS). Additionally, components ranging from flexible joints (bellows, gimbals, vibreakers, seal housings, build tolerance compensators, pressure balance units, and universal rotational joints) to duct assemblies and sub-systems are part of the Senior Aerospace solution.

The scope of application includes metallic ducting for engine bleed air (EBU) and bleed air distribution, composite ducting for cabin air distribution, wing anti-ice supply, wing anti-ice piccolo and telescopic ducts. Senior Aerospace collective experience ranges from small business jet and regional jet systems to the largest civil aircraft, the Airbus A380, and also includes many military fighters, bombers and transports.
