EGR Cooler

Senior offers a wide range of coolers, from shell & tube products to single gas tube integrated designs (iEGR). A key feature is the corrugated (Bend-a-Flex) tubing for improved efficiency. Senior's unique shell and tube cooler design minimizes thermal stresses at the bulkheads resulting in long-life durability.

The iEGR cooler is a unique design which offers a flexible package ideal for long route EGR systems and / or by-pass systems. It can be used where a conventional cooler will not, or as a supplement to an existing cooled EGR system.

Senior has solutions for the Heavy Duty Diesel engine market where durability is measured by uptime, as well as the automotive market where tight packaging and high efficiencies are required.
